Well, now I HAVE to dye my hair pink

Just look how prettyyyy it iiiiis!!! (No, this is not my real hair)

Oh, and also, major brow-crushing on myself here..

Ive heard about this new hair product called Olaplex, which supposedly can minimize the damage done to your hair while bleaching up to like 80%... 80% is probably not true, but Im sure its quite a lot. Ive seen people using it on youtube, and it seriously looks like it works. I see girls going from almost black hair, to platinum blonde, and the hair doesnt look damaged at all.

Anyone out there thats got any experience with Olaplex? Does it work, if so, how much?

Only the bottom parts of my hair has had anything done to it, the rest is virgin hair, I almost never use heat, and barely any products at all. So I would say 90% of my hair is in perfect condition, and the ends need to get trimmed anyways.

I also tried doing a gyaru inspired makeup, which turned out to look super cute.

For those of you wondering, gyaru is a makeup/fashion style popular in Japan.

Im suuuper sick at the moment, so watching makeup tutorials and playing with makeup is my only entertainment.

Lucid dreaming

Lately Ive been having the craziest lucid dreams. Ive as long as I can remember had very vivid and surreal dreams, that when I tell people about them, they always tell me I have crazy dreams and are surprised. So I do really believe that my dreams are normally over average crazy. And also, I dream like this almost every night. Its very seldom that I dont remember my dreams.

A couple of years ago I experienced sleep paralysis, so I started researching a bit about dreaming in general. And thats when I first found out about lucid dreaming, which I realized Id been having for years and years. But had not been able to control the dreams, which I am now doing more and more. For every dream I feel that I gain more control, and also dont feel as exhausted when I wake up as I have before.

Most of my lucid dreams start out as nightmares, which Im aware is just a dream, but that also means that I feel the effect of the nightmare so much stronger. But last night I managed to gain enough control to escape the nightmare. I am so happy and feel more relaxed because of just that one accomplishment, because that means that it will only get better and Ill gain more control. I hope that one day I have complete control. Imagine being able to fully control a dream.

Travel wherever you want to go, see whoever you want to see, do whatever you want to do, with nothing but your imagination stopping you.

Anyone else have any experience with lucid dreaming or sleep paralysis?

June 18th

Currently laying in bed and truly struggling to get out.. Its just so comfyyyy, and getting up means that I have to start my day, which consist of working out, cleaning, and going to work. And today I dont feel like doing any of those. Luckily I woke up earlier than normal, so I get a little extra time to lay in.

Ive been seeing a lot of people talking about these different teas, like SkinnyMint and MateFit. And I think I want to try them out, I just dont know which one. Ive heard they really give you a nice boost in the morning and helps you feel less bloated. Any one out there thats tried both or either, or any other brand?

I GOT IN!!!!

I AM SOOO HAPPY RIGHT NOW!!! I just got a call from the makeup school I applied to, and someone had decided not to go, so I got in!!!!!

I literally cried with happiness, and I don't even know what to write here now. Im just so so so so so happy! My absolute dream is to become a makeup artist, and this school is THE ONE to go to in Norway. The school is called Art Complexion, and you can check it out here if you're interested.

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY MEEEE!!! And I just want to say that if you are interested in how it is to go to makeup school and things related to it, Im going to be blogging about that of course. School starts in August, and before that Im gonna work my ass off to save all the money I can, because living on a student loan is gonna be tight.

So now my boyfriend and I are going out to eat some celebratory sushi! Always celebrate with food, always.

One month away from turning 21

In exactly one month I'll be 21, and Im not excited at all. Don't get me wrong, Im so looking forward to my birthday. But when I think about me turning 21, all I think is "oh my god I haven't done anything new this year", "what am I doing with my life?", "Its too early for me to be 21!" etc...
Lets just say that I don't feel quite ready to be growing up.

But I have actually applied for makeup school this coming fall. Their classes are already full because I applied way too late, but Im on a wait list, so if anyone decides not to go, I might get a chance! Its the best school in Norway and a friend of mine got in, so I really really hope with all my heart that someone who doesn't want it as much as I do, drop out and that I get that spot. Its my dream to become a makeup artist, and even if I don't get to go there this year, Im gonna apply next year, unless I live somewhere else by then. And continue working on my makeup skills my self, as everything I know is self taught.

But for now, here is my outfit and makeup for today! Going out to meet some friends for a drink and maybe something to eat. I don't really drink though, so its gonna be ice tea all the way for me bby.

what to do?

I've had my long dark hair for about two and a half years now, before that I had dyed it pink and turquoise, which quickly turned red and green. And before that it was different shades of dark pink and red. And its also been part black and white...

I've always wanted to dye my hair pastel peach pink and other various pastel colors. But since my hair is naturally dark brow, almost black, it takes ALOT of bleaching to get my hair light enough. So I can never decide what I should do. Do I ruin my hair for something I've wanted for so long, or just stick with the natural and have super healthy long hair? As of now, I'm sticking with the natural, but maybe one day, I'll have Princess Bubblegum hair.
